About Me

I Believe the Most Meaningful Lives Are Built Through Connection

Not in the big, visible moments—but in the quiet ones that shape who we become.

There are moments in life that don’t look extraordinary from the outside—
but somehow, they stay with you.

For me, many of those moments happened at the hometown pool where my dad served as the manager for nearly 30 years. He was my first boss and my toughest boss.

It was never just about swimming, though that was a central character to our story.
It was about the people. Conversations. Laughter. Presence. Belonging.
The subtle, powerful ways we show up for one another—often without realizing the impact we’re making.

Those moments shaped how I see the world.
And more importantly, how I choose to live in it.

Build a Meaningful Life Through Connection

I’ve come to believe something deeply:
We don’t build meaningful lives through achievements alone.
We build them through connection.

Through the relationships we invest in.
The people we notice.
The moments we choose to be fully present.

And yet, in our fast-paced, performance-driven world, connection is often the first thing we sacrifice.

That’s where my work begins.

As a speaker, author, and connection builder, I help individuals and organizations reconnect with what matters most:

My work sits at the intersection of human connection, leadership, and legacy—helping people create lives and cultures that are not only successful, but deeply meaningful.

About the Book

My book, Reflections on Life, Love and Lessons Learned at the Pool, is both personal and universal.

It weaves together stories from my life—including the love story of my parents—with reflections on the moments that shape us in ways we often don’t fully see until much later, or sometimes never at all.

Because what I’ve learned is this:
The most important parts of our lives don’t always announce themselves.
They happen quietly—
in conversations, in relationships, in the simple act of being there.

Legacy Isn’t Something You Leave Behind

It’s something you live—every single day.
It’s in the way you treat people.
The way you listen.
The way you make someone feel seen, valued, and remembered.

Legacy isn’t built in grand gestures.
It’s built in moments.

And while you may never fully see the impact you have,
those moments matter more than you know.

This Work is Personal to Me

It’s shaped by the people who showed up in my life—
and the realization that even the smallest interactions can carry lasting meaning.

I don’t believe connection is accidental.

I believe it’s intentional.

And I believe we all have the ability to create it—
in our work, our relationships, and our everyday lives.
